The service

ZeInvoice provides free generators for invoices, receipts, quotes and estimates, blank templates, and guides. No account is required. The service is provided free of charge and as is — we work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or discontinue features.

Your documents are your responsibility

• You are responsible for the content of the documents you create — the amounts, tax rates, dates and details — and for making sure they meet the rules that apply to your business (for example VAT or sales tax requirements).
• Documents are generated on your device and drafts are only kept in your own browser. Keep your own copies of anything you send; we can't recover a lost draft.
• The documents you create belong to you.

Guides are general information, not advice

Our guides and template pages explain general rules and cite official sources where we can, but they are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and rules change. For decisions that matter, check the current official guidance or ask a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Don't use ZeInvoice to create fraudulent or misleading documents, to impersonate someone else, or for anything illegal, and don't try to disrupt the site or overload it with automated traffic.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to ZeInvoice. You're free to use the templates and the documents you generate for your own business, including commercially.

Paid plan

The Pro plan shown on the pricing page isn't available yet. If it launches, it will come with its own terms, presented before you subscribe.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZeInvoice isn't liable for indirect losses or for errors in documents you create with the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
